Our summer Listen & Share conversations were so meaningful and powerful, we've decided to host them monthly during the 2020/21 academic year. Each session will be unique and will be driven by the alumni in attendance. Whether you choose to listen, share, or both, all alumni are welcome to join us for as many sessions as you'd like.

Remarks from Hamlin Alumni about our DEI Alumni conversations:

  • "I thought it was a powerful conversation led by such a talented group of inspiring women. I know from this open dialogue that I have so much more to learn and grow!" - Alumna '03
  • "Participating in the panel discussions was an absolute pleasure and actually felt like a completion after decades of not feeling fully connected to Hamlin, in the truest sense of who I am. I loved my experiences there but have for a very long time remained outside of the insular community in many ways. This opportunity changed that." - Alumna '79
  • "I was deeply inspired by the courage of my fellow alumni. But the heart of my gratitude is for the safety of space you provided to share our stories. It was a space that deeply acknowledged pain, provided love and ensured we are not alone in our healing. You helped me find my own courage to confront old wounds I forgot I had. You challenged me to remember, to love, and to reclaim the parts of me that my adolescent-self tried so desperately shed. This is the impact on just me after just ONE conversation." - Alumna '05
